- Gold plating in silver jewelry will not last forever, gold plating in silver jewelry will definitely fade away at one point in time which is natural process in silver jewellery
- If required, we will gold plate it at extra charge (Charges will be according to the products and current rate). We need 20 days’ time from the date the product received in our hand to gold plate the jewellery and dispatch . As of now we gold plate only the jewellery purchased from us at extra charges.
- All our gold plated jewellery are plated with pure gold, we do not do copper plating/Nickel plating.
- Follow our Jewellery Care Instructions to keep the jewellery as it is for long time.
- NOTE TO OUR CUSTOMERS : We do not buy / sell used items. We do not exchange old for new. We are a brand that curates best pieces and delivers to the customers across the globe. We do not wish to operate like regular pawn brokers/jewelers hence we do NOT exchange used items/articles or coins or any silver products for that matter.
